I think this is just cruel.. regardless of its delicious flavor this is not a humane or dignified way to treat any animal. I can see why many restaurants are giving up lobster on their menus.. not only for the inhuman way they are processed but in outrageous displays like this one.

the lobster is already dead. any motion you see is reflexive. i don't know what your background is culturally or foodwise, but this way of preparing the lobster is probably more humane than the traditional boiling of it.
